My box is an investigation through the recording of the exact hours in which I hear an ambulance. This project started on 13 March 2020, the first day of travel restrictions in Sofia, Bulgaria while I was on an Erasmus scholarship at the National Academy of Arts. With this work I invite to return to the essence of the human being: to listen the demand for help and to become aware of the fine thread of life represented by the red fabric. Furthermore to show the textile art as part of artistic studies since the Faculty of Fine Arts in the Basque Country does not have such study courses and the experience in Bulgaria allowed me to see the cultural weight of weaving and its possibilities for artistic expression. I focus my attention on the process not on an aesthetic end, so it is a totally intuitive аct, not knowing the technique. Through the universal language of numerical codes are shown328 hours, 328 stories, 328 deaths or 328 lives and those that I continue to record today.
