The work revolves around the concept of repetition, which oscillates ambiguously between the idea of reproduction and that of a change – forward and backward movement.
As an artist, I use repetition to depict and evoke nature's processes, with such actions as duplication, folding and mirroring. Narrative must always present itself as a repetition of events that have already happened and within this premise of a generalized repetition. It might make use of specific, perceptible repetition in order to create a plot, which is to show us a significant interconnection of events. An event gains a meaning by its repetition, which is both the recall of an earlier moment and a variation of it.
